Hancock Investments is owned by Broken Arrow residents Bob & Laurie Hancock.
Bob is a graduate of Oklahoma State University and trained extensively in design. Many years of design and supervision experience in both Commercial and Residential construction make him uniquely qualified to create and maintain The Villas. Among Bob's many interests are auto racing, old cars and street rods, which he restores himself.
Laurie is a professional interior designer with a diverse knowledge of the construction industry. Her talents can be seen throughout The Villas projects. One of her favorite achievements was the restoration of Broken Arrow's oldest remaining house, for use as an interior design studio. Her love for gardening occupies most of her free time.
Amber Lee, the Office Manager is indespensable. Having been with the company for 11+ years, she knows all the answers and can help you in any way. Amber is also a Broken Arrow resident, along with her husband and son.
As long time Broken Arrow residents, Bob and Laurie have a special interest in the revitalization of the "Original" town area and the residents who live there. That is why they have chosen to develop high-quality, upscale living in this area for an age group who will appreciate it the most.
The Hancock's have many ties to Broken Arrow.
For nearly two decades, their principal company, Design Mark Builders, has designed and built new homes from $500,000 to $2 million. This same care and quality goes into all of The Villas projects.
Classic Storage Station, at 61st and Lynn Lane, is their self-storage complex that also contains their corporate offices.
Hot Rod Alley is their "fun" buisiness where they sell nostalgia items related to old cars and fillings stations. This business came about as a spin-off from Bob's love of old cars, racing and the 40's and 50's.
The Hancocks are members of the Broken Arrow and Tulsa Chambers of Commerce, the Home Builders Association of Greater Tulsa and The Better Business Bureau. Laurie is also a member of the Broken Arrow Downtown Development Advisory Board.
This all goes together to show that the Hancocks will be there when you need them... both now and in the future. The Villas will remain locally owned and operated by people you can depend on.
